Federal authorities have accused two Russians of being foreign agents and promoting Russian propaganda to American audiences to influence the U.S. election. The arrests follow the indictment of a former top aide to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on charges of being a foreign agent for China. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. Sept. 4, 2024
