Luisangel Acuna crushes first MLB homer during huge Mets night

Luisnagel Acuna showed off his bat in a big way for the Mets on Tuesday night.
The Mets rookie smashed his first first major league home in the eighth inning of their 10-1 win over the Nationals at Citi Field.
Acuna, already with an RBI double and single in the game, smacked an 0-1 offering from Washington reliever Joe La Sorsa over the left-center field wall for a solo shot.

It measured at an impressive 414 feet, coming off the bat at 103.2 mph.
The 22-year-old infielder/outfielder now has five hits for the Mets since coming up on Saturday from Triple-A.
