Good morning, everyone and welcome to the LTG Interim Results for 2024. My name is Claire Coley, and I will be supporting the session today. We will start the call with the results presentation from LTG's Chief Executive, Jonathan Satchell; and CFO, Kath Kearney-Croft, a Q&A will follow. Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our interim results for 2024. First, I'd like to just cover a couple of the highlights and then I'll hand over to Kath to go deeper into the financials. It is unsurprising to say that has been another resilient year in a tough macro backdrop. I actually look forward to not having to say those words. I'm looking forward to a situation where I'll be able to say we're back to growth, confidence in the business community has returned and everything is hunky-dory, but it's specially at the moment, it isn't like that. But I think we need to look at in the context of the general macro environment, I'm going to talk more about how I think that specifically affects learning and talent development businesses later.
