NFL Week 2 highlights: Texans, Chiefs get big wins while 49ers, Cowboys suffer upsets

Week 2 of the NFL season kicked off on Thursday night with an eye-opening win by the Buffalo Bills over the Miami Dolphins , a contest that also included a frightening injury to Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa — an injury that had FOX Sports' Henry McKenna wondering if Tua should consider walking away from football to protect his long-term health.

Then we entered Sunday with a slate stacked full of great matchups, which began with the Buccaneers beating the Lions , as well as the Packers defeating the Colts .
