Atlanta Federal Reserve President Raphael Bostic broke rules on investing “multiple” times from 2018 to 2023, an agency watchdog said, but it found no evidence he profited from inside information.

The central bank’s Office of Inspector General concluded Bostic “created an ‘appearance of a conflict of interest’ that could cause a reasonable person to question” his impartiality as a senior officer of the Fed.
